i am 35 weeks pregnant and at my appt. today i still had high blood pressure..theyve put me on a medicine to lower it and im going to get it tomorrow to begin taking it..i am stressing cause things are very complicated right now between me and my fiance daughters father. he insists on making things bad between us even though he knows i cant handle it all right now and thats why he does it.can this cause premature labor? i have no contractions yet but i do have pressure on my butt and little practice ones..and i terrible backache..

How fast and what kind of symptoms can high blood pressure cause?
In a matter of 2 weeks, my blood pressure has gone from normal to about 155 105. It's especially high in the evenings. Along with it I am having nervousness, a feeling of doom, not really feeling myself, intermittent headaches, non specific discomfort gas? bloated feeling, some ringing in ears. Prior to this I had irregular heartbeats for a month before this started. My doctor put me on Cardizem CD. Any advice would help. Thanks

my dad has a loose tooth but the dentist said he cannot extract his tooth because his blood pressure is high. he has high blood presssure and is under regular medication. we're worried that the bleeding was not caused by high blood alone, but the his cardio nor his dentist raise any red flags. can the bleeding be really directly attributed to his high blood? if not, what specialist should we seek?

I normally don't have high blood pressure but since I have had this massive headache for a few days that no pill will cure, I got my blood pressure checked at the pharmacy. It was 136 100. Is it high because of the headache or did the headache cause it? I have got it checked with my GP before but it is always fine when I get it checked there.
